This is a variation of my favorite no churn ice cream recipe. It has peaches, brown sugar, cream cheese and is everything you love about dessert. Plus it’s easy to make! This could be a great summer activity with the kids. Check out the notes at the bottom for tips on that, AND don’t blame me when they want to do it again and again after seeing how easy it is to make ice cream at home. 😉
Try swapping the peaches in this recipe with apples and toasted oats in the fall for an apple crisp ice cream.

Ingredients
8 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
14 oz ( 1 can) of Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream, cold
2 Fresh Peaches
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
Cinnamon, to taste
Vanilla Extract
Directions
- Prepare the Peaches
– Start by dicing the peaches into bite size bits. Add these to a sauce pan over medium-low heat with the brown sugar and cinnamon until a thick syrup forms. Allow this to cool. - Make the Ice Cream Base
-In a stand mixer ( or a large bowl if using a hand mixer) combine the cream cheese and condensed milk. Set this mixture aside.
-On high speed, beat the vanilla extract ( I added about 1 t.5 tsps) and heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. When stiff peaks have formed fold in the cream cheese mixture. - Layer the Ice Cream
– In a loaf pan begin to layer your ice cream by ladling the ice cream mixture and swirling in peaches on top of each layer. Repeat this until you are out of both. - Freeze
-Let rest in the freezer for at least 4 hours. I like my ice cream firm so I prefer to wait a little longer for a more less soft scoop.

Notes
- This recipe can be made with any mix in. Try swirling in other fruits or toppings like sprinkles, cookie pieces or nuts.
- If you plan on preparing multiple flavors you can buy mini loaf pans. This allows everyone to create their own personal flavor and serving size.
- After this ice cream has been in the freezer for more than a few days it benefits from letting it soften up for about 5-10 minutes before scooping.
