Big fan of figuring out how things

I picked up a hobby for baking and decorating cakes which ultimately led me to finding my passion in the kitchen. 
Growing up as the curious grandchild of a seamstress I picked up a liking for arts and crafts early and continued to surround myself in DIY projects.

Perfect every time pasta dough : 🍝 2 cups 00 flou Perfect every time pasta dough : 🍝 2 cups 00 flour 3 room temperature eggs Sprinkle of salt I made bowties but this same dough recipe works for linguine, spaghetti, ravioli, lasagna… whatever you want! 1. Make a well in the flour 2. Add eggs and salt 3. Mix from the center out 4. Knead until smooth and dough bounces back 5. Wrap and rest in the fridge at least 30 mins 6. Roll thin 7.
